Terms of Service

By using skaly.tech or engaging Skaly services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Skaly is a brand operated by MustShine France (SIRET 835 347 246 00026), represented by M. Yasmin DADI and M. Quentin Giraud.

Skaly provides custom software development services including booking systems, management dashboards, business websites, and e-commerce platforms.

Service scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are defined in the project confirmation email sent after form submission.

Starter plan: delivery within 72 hours from project confirmation. Scale plan: delivery within 5 business days.

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and are annual subscriptions unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due before development begins. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards via Stripe.

Prices include development, hosting, domain (first year), SSL, and maintenance as described in your chosen plan.

If we fail to deliver the agreed system as specified, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after development has begun.

To request a refund, contact contact@skaly.tech with your project reference.

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the source code for your project.

Skaly retains the right to reference your project as part of its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and services used in your project are subject to their respective licences.

Skaly / MustShine France's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

These terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienne, France.
