In 2018, MustShine France was founded with a direct answer to that problem. Starting in 2025, the team tested that answer in the Philippines through real client work — booking systems, dashboards, and websites that validated the same process: fast, composable, affordable software delivery.
In 2026, that process became Skaly. Built by engineers from the Philippines, France, and North Africa who had all seen the same emergency from different angles — and designed a system that answers it directly.
