About the role
Deploy, configure, and launch Skaly's platform for new clients. You bridge the gap between sales and the technical team, ensuring every client goes live within 72 hours and has a seamless experience from day one.
Why this role matters at Skaly
Every client you successfully deploy is a real business going live. You are the last step before a shop owner opens their new digital storefront for the first time.
What you will do
- Set up and configure Skaly instances for new clients based on their spec sheet
- Customize branding, content, integrations, and domain configurations
- Coordinate with clients to gather assets, requirements, and preferences
- Ensure all client sites go live within the 72-hour delivery guarantee
- Perform QA checks on each deployment (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Document configuration details for each client in the internal system
- Hand off completed deployments to the Product Trainer for client onboarding
- Support the dev team with bug reproduction and environment testing
What we are looking for
- Basic technical proficiency (can follow deployment guides, configure settings)
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client setups simultaneously
- Detail-oriented — small configuration mistakes have big client impact
- Good written English for client and internal communication
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
Nice to have
- Prior experience in web agency production or digital project coordination
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with DNS, domains, and hosting configurations
