Automation Expert

About the role

Build and maintain end-to-end automation workflows that connect Skaly with the tools our clients already use. You will reduce manual work, trigger intelligent actions, and help businesses run on autopilot.

What you will do

• Design and implement automation workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier
• Integrate Skaly with third-party tools: payment gateways, messaging apps, CRMs, ERPs
• Build internal automation for repetitive operational processes
• Create notification and trigger systems (SMS, email, push notifications) based on business events
• Document all automation flows with clear diagrams and runbooks
• Monitor and maintain live automation pipelines — handle failures and alerts
• Work with clients post-implementation to optimize their specific automation setup
• Propose and prototype new automation opportunities across the Skaly platform

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience building complex workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Problem-solving mindset: able to map a complex business process into an automation flow
• Good written English for documentation and client communication
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client projects

Nice to have

• Experience with Python scripting for custom automation logic
• Familiarity with scheduling and queuing systems
• Prior work with payment automation (GCash, Maya, Stripe webhooks)
• Understanding of database triggers and event-driven architecture
